《公平竞争》实在是一部非常女性主义的电影，女主的的坚韧、果断、重情，强烈地对比了男主的自私和懦弱。电影的情节确实很过瘾，基本可以当做一部大女主片来看。
但是《公平竞争》又是一部扭曲的女性主义电影，男女主的强烈人格落差稍微有点儿伤害了影片的真实性。这跟《消失的她》一样，也有点儿落了女性主义影片的偏颇陷阱，也许名字可以叫《存在的她》。女主的完美印象是存在了，但真正的女性主义就有点儿模糊了。
其实影片越突出女主在职场的强大，就越是在为社会不公添砖加瓦。女主最后展开新的生活
